Family owned winery is located to the left of the Ebro valley, by the Banks of the Ega river, within the locality of Andosilla this being part of the region of Navarre. Geographically, our wines qualify for approval as forming part of the Rioja wine region (Denominación de Origen Calificada).
The wine is produced using only grapes from our own vines. The 50 ha are distributed approximately as follows: 30 ha for Tempranillo; 10 ha for Graciano; 8 ha. for Garnacha and 2 ha (by way of a trial) for Merlot. All have been cultivated in accordance with the EU′s standard governing organic agriculture and certified. Navardia is the name given to our organic wines.

ABOUT THIS WINE: Made with the best grapes from our finest, oldest and least productive organic wines.

TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry red colour, purple at the edge, clean and bright. Generous and expressive aroma, ripe red fruits hint of spices (black pepper, cloves) and delicate balsamic flavours coupled with vanilla, hints of toast and dark chocolate. In the mouth, it has a very well accomplished structure which retains its fruitiness, the bitter chocolate, the spices and balsamic flavours. Lengthy and agreeable after taste. Very rounded.

CONSUMPTION: To be served at a Temperature of 18-19 Degrees C.

Remark: Due to the special conditions under which this wine is made, modest amounts of sediment may accumulate at the bottom of the bottle. We suggest this wine to be decanted.
